If we have all the information ready to be used on the website, it usually takes two to three weeks for a standard website to be finalized. For a more advanced website with many pages and features, JMGrafixx will inform you about the approximite design time for the specific website.

Does JMGrafixx offer website hosting and domain name registration services?

JMGrafixx does not offer website hosting services and domain name registration. We make use of Definite Web Hosting that offers great packages and service at affordable rates. When you order a website design package at JMGrafixx, we will register the website hosting and domain name at no additional costs.

What is the monthly administration fee that I have to pay JMGrafixx?

JMGrafixx does not charge a monthly administration fee. We invoice our clients only when maintenance/administration needs to be performed on websites.

Does JMGrafixx offer Search Engine Optimization?

Yes, JMGrafixx offers Search Engine Optimization. With all new web designs, we do basic SEO to ensure that the websites comply with the search engine requirements and optimization techniques.

It is highly important to monitor all websites on a regular basis to ensure that the search engine rankings are maintained. Constant keyword and competition research have to be done, and links and social bookmarks have to be obtained. JMGrafixx charges an additional monthyl fee for ongoing Search Engine Optimization. Yes, JMGrafixx has an in-house graphic designer that will assist you in designing a professional and modern logo for your website or marketing needs.

We already have website hosting and a domain name registered. Do we have to register new hosting and a domain name to make use of JMGrafixx's web design services?

If you already have hosting and a domain name registered, we will only require the FTP server details from the Hosting Company. The FTP server details allow us to upload the new website to the server.

We already have a website, and we want to purchase a license for BI and have it installed by BI.

After you have purchased a license for BI, we will require your website's FTP server details to install your copy of QwikEditor at an additional fee. The FTP server details can be obtained from your Hosting Company. Please note that PHP must be installed on your website server - please ask your Hosting Company is PHP has been installed, or arrange with their sales department to get PHP installed on your website server.
